We’re a local IT company on a mission to make great technology simple and stress-free for small and medium businesses across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Germany.
Positive IT Systems was founded in Bedford in 2016, born out of a simple frustration: too many good businesses were being let down by IT providers that were slow to respond, quick to confuse, and never seemed to be on their side.
So we built the opposite. A company that picks up the phone, explains things clearly, and fixes the root cause rather than the symptom. A partner that’s proactive — keeping an eye on your systems so problems are caught early — and proudly local, with real people you can actually meet.
Nearly a decade on, we look after businesses across Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Buckinghamshire, London and Germany, from professional practices and manufacturers to charities and growing start-ups. The mission hasn’t changed: positive, forward-thinking IT that helps you do your best work.
